Short Tie in Aruba - Enough time for an ATV tour?

We arrive in Aruba at 7am. We're scheduled to depart at 12:30 p.m. Is there enough time to do an ATV? I have seen some private operators who depart at 8am for a three hour tour. Some do four hour (half-day) tours, but that is a little too close for us. Anyone else ever had similar short timeframes? Thanks!
