Vista kiosks

Can anyone tell me the precise location of the kiosks on the Vista?

also i read you can withdraw cash from the kiosks as well.

I assume you can only withdraw up to what you might have applied to your sail and sign card.

Has anyone done this? it seems that would be a convenient way to draw down your balance at the end of the cruise.

I plan on putting 5 or $600.00 in gift cards onto my account once aboard. whatever i might not use i would like to withdraw.

Is there a fee charged to remove cash?

I was actually referring to just removing money from my sail and sign account, which would have been funded with gift cards, so there would be no bank or cc fees. but i am guessing there would still be a $6.00 fee to essentially withdraw my own money?

If so , i will need to come up with a better way to work that.

No fees associated with removing your cash from the kiosk.

I seem to recall one of the kiosk/machines, being very close to Guest Services on Deck 3. Don't hold me to it but there might also be one around Pixels and the Hub area on the Promenade deck. Casino as well. But Guest Services will certainly be able to direct you.

hmmm, if thats accurate, then can you tell me if i have a credit balance on my account at the end of the cruise how do i get refunded for that?

Thanks

You've gotta go to the casino, and you've gotta do it before the disembarkation day. My fiancee made the mistake of forgetting to go the night before and she had to wait a couple months for a check in the mail. I think if its under a certain amount that you have left they just donate it to charity.

Technically they are supposed to send you another gift card. I usually put it on my account in the casino and play then cash out. Last cruise I had approx $110 left (I think - I would have to find my folio printout). Went to GS and she gave me all but $13 and some change back. Don't know why it was that amount. She said something about it being because I paid with gift cards. I didn't understand but said OK thanks. I received a GC via FedEx less than a week later.

I have no idea why I got over $90 in cash and the rest had to be loaded to a GC, but I was happy. I only do cash accounts funded with GCs so there was no "cash cash" on there at all and no CC linked to it.

One way to do this would be to go to the Casino (you will need to establish a players account at any slot machine) insert your card into a slot machine and get $$ from your Sign & Sail account to load to your Players Account. Once loaded, you can cash out of the slot machine, go to the casino teller and cash out your Players Account. Any of the Casino personnel can assist you. I have done this several times when I have run low on cash and wanted to 'get' it from my credit card. This transaction will show as Entertainment fee on your final S & S account.
