Garavar Posted March 12, 2017 #26 Share Posted March 12, 2017 What was wrong with it, other than the size? AC wouldn't really cool, and the whole hallway flooded, I posted pictures whenever that cruise was. FSUNole Posted June 4, 2017 #27 Share Posted June 4, 2017 According to others who have reported here, JS staterooms on Empress do not have a bathtub. It seems the JS on Empress vary in size. Is there a way to know which ones are the larger of the sizes?
rt1092 Posted June 4, 2017 #28 Share Posted June 4, 2017 Some of the Aft facing (big balcony cabins are small. All the rest are pretty much the same size. About the same as a balcony cabin on the other ships. But they do have a walk in closet (small) and a coffee maker.
SMASHROX Posted June 5, 2017 #29 Share Posted June 5, 2017 Hi, we are thinking of cursing Empress over Christmas. My Mother-in-law will be with us and she requires a rollator to get around. Has anyone been in the Junior Suites on Empress with a walker or rollator, and were there any issues with getting around the foot of the bed. Accessibility has emailed the ship to have that area measured for me, but they have not heard back from the ship. Thanks, Marybeth Perhaps an accessible JS could be an option for the mobility concerns for your MIL. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
KuffMUp Posted June 6, 2017 #30 Share Posted June 6, 2017 OK. I haven't been on Empress but did a JS on Majesty. It might have been close in size to a regular balcony on other ships (maybe a bit smaller!).
