Need Help Who to Write to at Oceania

We have been cruising for many years and after every cruise I write a letter to the cruise line that we just cruised with. The main purpose of these letters is to recognize those crew and staff who far exceeded our expections. I have written letters to HAL, RCL, Princess and Celebrity and have always received either a response from the cruise line.

 

Four years ago was our first Oceania cruise. I wrote two letters to Oceania after our cruise with no response. We just completed a 10 day cruise on the Riviera and I called Oceania to ask them who I could send a letter. They transferred me to Customer Service. Instead of talking with an Oceania agent all I got was a recording to email your comments. I sent an email asking where I could send an letter to Oceania. Two weeks have passed with no reply.

 

Should I write Del Rio at NCL? Need help

 

One added note: I do fill out end of cruise surveys

If you used a TA you can always send a letter via them

They will know who to contact

Maybe if you were praising the staff or the cruise line they felt it was just that & no reply required

Just praising the staff and how great a cruise. Not requesting a reply but I would estimate I have written +50 letters to other cruise lines and always received a response either in writing or by phone.
