Norwegian Dawn upsell question

This question may have been asked, but I can't seem to find it. We are sailing on the Dawn on 6/9 to Bermuda. We booked an ocean view cabin on deck 5. If an upsell is available, to a balcony for instance, will I loose my UBP & pre-paid gratuities perk? I know the pre-paid gratuities isn't offered as one of the free at sea perks anymore. So, I'm thinking I may loose that. Don't think it would be worth it if we lost both. Thanks!
