I now understand all the Cruise Director fuss

Seems to me that opinions of Clo are polarized. We liked her, but then she recognized my wife around the ship because of her outfits and shoes and always took time to chat with us.

I will agree that one or two of the activities staff.were not the best. However, there were some entertainment crew that were outstanding, such as the Phoenix trio.

 

Since we did Europe we only had 2 sea days on 12 day cruise, on one they were playing some concert special on big screen around 11 am , it had great music I think it was Stevie Wonder, then one of her staff stopped music so she could announce some silly game that had about 8 people playing close to pool, people were booing her.
