miami excursion?

Looking to kill some time in Miami. Will be off the Carnival Vista on April 22 and flight doesn't leave til 7:00PM. Any suggestions of a tour, maybe time to walk around South Beach area and lunch and return to airport????

We are going down a day prior, checking out SoBe in that time. On the way home, we fly out of FLL at 8:45 p.m. Renting a car at POM and delivering it at FLL. On that day, I'm considering another beach day, or some sort of Cuban-American immersion (not sure what that would be, LOL) or maybe even an everglades tour. Good luck!

You have options!

 

1. There are a couple of different hop-on/off bus tours that will store your bags while you tour.

 

2. You could taxi to the MIA airport, pay to store your bags there, and then use the Airport Flyer bus for about $3 each to get to South Beach. Same bus will get you back to MIA after lunch, drink, people watching, etc.

 

3. Taxi/Uber to South Beach and pay to store your bags at the Luggage Lounge - you are then free to explore SB, etc. In the afternoon collect your bags and use either the bus, taxi or Uber to get to MIA

 

4. Check the Savoy Hotel -- they reportedly offer pool/spa passes for about $25 each (tip th e staff to store your bags).

 

5. Rent a car, put the bags in the trunk, and go where you want
