Changing room after booking reduced deposit and es rate

We jumped on the reduced deposit ES rate last night just before midnight (and of course they extended the sale) and booked an interior room, now we are thinking we may want a balcony, can I make a change without any fees or penalties since the sale is still going on and I would book at the same rate?

Have you done a mock booking for a balcony cabin to see what the difference would be today (rate might have changed for balcony)? Once you have idea of the cost then call Carnival to talk to them about it.

Within 24 hours you can do anything to your booking, including cancelling a non-refundable fare, without any penalties or fees.

 

If make a booking upgrade and it results in an increase in revenue, you will not be charged any fees or penalties.

Yes you can change your room to a balcony from an interior. Just call them and do it now while the promo is still going, so you don't have to pay anymore of a deposit.
