Drinks package for alcoholic

I have, on occasion, seen photocopies of sea pass cards, and passenger information, taped to bar tills with prominent "do not serve" flags. (Whether this was cruise line or passenger driven I don't know)

 

That said I have seen many many people really drunk at bars on-board.

 

From what I've read, the OPs FIL manages his condition well. I don't think he'll have any problems and will enjoy the cruise. Glad he's described as family oriented.

 

The drinks package will suit him fine.
