New searchlight feature

Has anyone else tried to use the new searchlight feature on the Princess website? It asks for your name and password. I have tried both my name and my ID, it wont let me type in all of either, and keeps telling me my user ID and password are invalid. Anyone else have luck?

Having the same problem, even if I log into Captain's Circle site it will not let you in the rest :confused:

Hmm... I used it this afternoon and had no problems using my regular Princess log-in username and PW.

When I try to put in my user name it does not all fit.

But, I can log in normally with my email & password :confused:

Talked to Princess rep. They are updating the site. That is why that part of it is not working.. Maybe in the morning all will be well again.

I've been using since it started but today couldn't get in, either. My TA said it's the most up-to-date site for finding what cabins are available on Princess ships. It works quite well...when it works!

What user ID and PW are they looking for? Will my Captain's Circle UID/PW work? Or do I have to register somewhere else? Thanks?

Got the new 'Searchlight" E - mail - Can't log on... Why?????? I don't know what they are looking for - for name and password.

Not sure what userid and password they are asking. And the userid space is too short for the email log-in in Princess.com.

 

Anyways, it's not working.

Hope they get it fixed soon. Can't even get into the new site that allows you to price a cruise.

This in the link I've been using to get in and do a pricing as well as comparing and I haven't had to be signed in either - http://www.princess.com/find/index.jsp Though if you sign in it will give you cheaper prices because of your Captain's Circle number.

 

Just click your criteria and then hit view and it will bring up anything that applies to what you picked. Did find that the compare function didn't work in Mozilla but it did work in Internet Explorer.
