Does anyone know what hours the fitness center keeps, is it open 24 hrs, specifcally the Encore?

On Sojourn and Quest I have used the fitness centre at 4 am without any problems 😀

Because I was up taking photos, (e.g. Antarctica and the Aurora off Greenland) so instead of going back to bed I had a workout 😀

It's lovely without all the sweaty bodies in there.

The opening time is advertised at 7am, however the door is not locked and access is available at any time.

On recent cruise Encore from Singapore to Auckland there were rarely times when the gym was full and if it was there was only a few minutes wait before one became available.

The busiest time seemed to be the first morning of a new segment and from then on there were plenty of machines valuable.

Please could Encore cruisers tell us if the Gym has long foam rolls used for Pilates and stretching your mucles and theraband resistance bands.
