Rare BillOh Posted April 18, 2018 #26 Share Posted April 18, 2018 This info is most helpful. I think I need to move my cabin to the other side of the ship. Joan When I was on adventure most people on the balconies of deck 5,6, and 7 reported no problems, at least while the ship was moving. The only time I saw smokers in that area was right after dinner. Elvis1209 Posted May 25, 2018 #27 Share Posted May 25, 2018 Actually, they TOOK AWAY a revenue (selling drinks and cigars) and put in NON-REVENUE library/card room. MAKES NO SENSE - RCI (if you are listening), BRING BACK THE CONNESSUER LOUNGE! I couldn't agree with you more, but I think it's like beating a dead horse! mattpro Posted May 26, 2018 #28 Share Posted May 26, 2018 The Adventure used to have smoking on the starboard side, but after the first retrofit smoking was changed to the port side. The only smoking on deck 5 is for the crew in the front of the ship, separated by a wall from the helipad.
st5310 Posted May 28, 2018 #29 Share Posted May 28, 2018 Seriously?? It will be two floors below you and it's OUTDOORS with plenty of wind and breeze. Unlikely that it will be noticeable at all at any time. But do what you have to do............ Joan is right to move. Cigarette smoke can easily waft two floors upwards, especially if the wind is blowing in the right direction. As a non-smoker, I am highly sensitive to the odor, so I understand her need to avoid it. Barb1954 Posted August 27, 2018 #30 Share Posted August 27, 2018 (edited) Seriously?? It will be two floors below you and it's OUTDOORS with plenty of wind and breeze. Unlikely that it will be noticeable at all at any time. But do what you have to do............ As an ex-smoker I can't stand the smell of smoke, so I do notice when there are people smoking on the decks below. With so few places that people are allowed to smoke, there are tons of people on the 4th deck starboard smoking at all hours of the day and night and it does accumulate and go upwards. I would love to see no smoking in the casino! Edited August 27, 2018 by Barb1954 typo

Now, did you really need to resurrect a months old thread to share them? Chill. They'be be a new smoking thread coming down the pike any moment now. Jump in there and light the fire.
