I just got an email about a free cruise voucher, if I go down to AC this weekend (about a 2 hour drive). Anyone know the terms of those vouchers? I likely won't be able to go this year. Does anyone know when they expire?

You usually have about 2 months to book a cruise that usually has to take place within a year.

ugh...my wife is 38 weeks pregnant. We are not likely to travel this year with a new born.

I don't want to take a 2 hour drive to not be able to use it. Thanks for the info.

You will need to pay a $200pp fee to book the cruise plus port fees and taxes. It will be good for sailing within a year.

Just spoke to my Harrah's Host regarding these certificates. Here's what she told me:

Each Caesars property has their own promo, at different times. Ours, here in Illinois (Harrah's Joliet) was in March. You had to physically come to Harrah's and swipe your card to activate the code for the cruise deal. Then, in our case, we had until March 31st 2017 to book it, and until the end of August 2017 to take the cruise. Best thing you can do is call your Host or the Total Rewards dept. at the AC property, and ask them what the terms are.

FYI: I am a 7 Star, and our deal is that we get a 7-Day cruise-for-two in a balcony suite, and can take it through 1/31/2018. No swiping necessary...just call the 7 Star NCL phone number provided. But the Diamond/Gold level certificates require you to go to the property that offered the certificate and swipe your card. Rather inconvenient if you don't live near the property that offered the cruise deal. :(

Thanks for the info. I'm only platinum now. No time to drive to AC anymore. I'll email my host and see if she can provide more details.

We are diamond and had to go to the property to get the certificate and info. It was similar to what others posted above for time frames. Just FYI it ends up being basically 50% off - still an excellent deal but its not free. Though it says free cruise for 2, you have to pay the gratuity and taxes, etc still. We came out at just about 1/2 what it would have cost without the voucher.

The Admin Fee to book has now been lowered to $20 per night per person, so $140 per person for a 7 night cruise in addition to port fees/taxes. You will also be eligible for any promos NCL is currently running for the category of cabin you receive. And as a casino invited guest you will get free drinks while playing in the casino to include bottled water and energy drinks.
