Anyone else having trouble checking in online for cruise

Did this at 7 Day before departure as stated on booking confirmation on this site & won't let me proceed. Just says "error" & to check in at airport. Done several Thomson cruises & never had problems before. Thomson customer support useless.

Don't worry or let it spoil your holiday, we had to do it at Coventry, a long while ago, and it was OK, have you tried your local TA they may help even if you haven't booked with then. Bottom line have a great holiday it will be OK.

I had trouble but fortunately my local Thomson branch is a 10 min walk away. They did it all for me and printed off everything I needed. TBH I've had nothing but great service from Thomson on the last 3 cruises I've done with them.
