mworkman Posted April 7, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 7, 2017 I have searched the forum, however i didn't see any post referencing this subject. Points/Sailing Days- is there any benefits for those that book certain cabins that double the VIFP points like other cruise lines do?
Brad1972 Posted April 7, 2017 #2 Share Posted April 7, 2017 As far as I know the only way to earn VIFP points on Carnival is by sailing. for each day you sail Carnival is 1 point for VIFP.
CRUISINGALONGMAMA Posted April 7, 2017 #3 Share Posted April 7, 2017 That is correct. I point for each day sailing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
cruisemom67 Posted April 7, 2017 #4 Share Posted April 7, 2017 I don't believe they give you extra points for the suites. Just one day/one point. It used to be 10 cruises and you were platinum! My husband and I became platinum that way, and they changed it at about that point. My three daughters were 2 cruises away from becoming platinum and they wanted to get to platinum and wanted to book 2 cruises that year. Which meant mom and dad would pay (teenagers). Which didn't happen!
