tomatecerise Posted April 12, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 12, 2017 I am not able to do it online (I tried 18664544 times) and I called msc to remove it. First call I was hang up! Second call he said that he can't do it because he can't log under my name. He said that I have to contact my travel agent if i cannot do it myself. Sunshine2U Posted April 14, 2017 #4 Share Posted April 14, 2017 I booked through a TA and ordered the drink pkg myself online - MSC site. I called MSC last Sunday and was able to cancel the package.
