How to cancel a drink package?

I am not able to do it online (I tried 18664544 times) and I called msc to remove it. First call I was hang up! Second call he said that he can't do it because he can't log under my name. He said that I have to contact my travel agent if i cannot do it myself.

 

My travel agent had an avc and just return to work. Don't want to bother him for that (I had already a problem with my name he can change)

Unfortunately, this is something your travel agent must do for you as your travel agent owns your reservation.

Thank you, I wrote him a email, he don't work today and just in afternoon Tomorrow.

 

I hope this is the last time I have to need his help. I give him a kiss on the forehead-virtually- for the trouble lol!)

I booked through a TA and ordered the drink pkg myself online - MSC site. I called MSC last Sunday and was able to cancel the package. I just needed to know my booking number. I don't know what combination made it ok for me to cancel.

I don't know but my sweet travel agent did it for me today without problem.

 

With Royal Caribbean (and same travel agent) I was able to do all by myself.
