ScottElkaBowl Posted April 13, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 13, 2017 Anyone have any recommendations for a good food or cooking excursion in Cozumel? I'll be traveling solo so don't just want to wander on my own so looking for a group tour. Thanks! Unfortunately, josefina has been unable to take the classes in recent months due to illness, but the class has continued to receive good reviews on TripAdvisor. The class is booked through the Cozumel Chef, an American who also runs food tours so you would be able to discuss your requirements and decide which would be best for you! For the class you could take a taxi from the pier directly to the house, which is in town. I think the food tour usually departs from Megamart. Other classes take place at Playa Mia and either Kinta (or Kondessa?) restaurant in town
Mzsnap Posted April 15, 2017 #3 Share Posted April 15, 2017 Salsa and Salsa was loads of fun! Not a true "cooking" class...you make several types of Mexican Salsa and freshly squeezed Margaritas...then you learn to dance Salsa!
