Drink $$

Hubby and friends were having Greygoose VX and cranberry for $17 on Cheers on the Vista last week. That's the most expensive drink that I've personally seen. This was at the casino bar.

I have heard there is a rum shot in the Red Frog Pub for $20 and some wine at 555 Steakhouse/bar for $20. I will verify prices on the Breeze in just over a week. I have a spreadsheet to keep track of my Cheer progress.

This is so hilarious and would totally be something I would do while my gf tells me to relax [emoji23] I might have to sneak a spreadsheet app on my phone when I do decide to buy cheers [emoji482]

I actually have it on my phone and tablet. It will take like 10 seconds to bring it up and change the number in the sheet while they mix it. I will share it with you if you like. I modified it from another I found in one of these threads. I consider it research for those back home here while I am relaxing.

Were you able to find the XL at all bars or only certain bars?

I'd like to see that spreadsheet. I saw the old one that was floating around here, but I believe the prices are outdated.

Obviously I meant the VX. Autocorrect is a bitch.

Haha, have to love autocorrect! We didn't ask for it anywhere else so I don't have a good answer for you whether it is at other bars or not.

Why do they still require all in the same room to have the drink pkg?

I can start with a Bloody Mary then a few grey goose with soda and then pound back a few grey goose martinis at dinner! Meanwhile mom is happy with a beer or two. Our Paradise cruise was $$$ with the bar tab[emoji30]

Then your options are to choose another cruise line that does not have the same restrictions, suck it up and pay for two people or pay as you go. The best choice would be to sail on a ship like the NCL Escape, which includes their drink package as an option and with a few exceptions is much better than anything Carnival has in their fleet. And I have 18 sailings on Carnival.

I do not have MS Excel as I use OpenOffice but I saved it in Excel format but unable to check it for editing. Here is the XLS File

If you have OpenOffice like I do then here is the OTS File

Sheet 2 is my grouping of drinks I plan on drinking but you can add or delete them to suit your tastes. Think of it as a quick reference guide of where to add the drink on Sheet 1. Again the prices may not all be accurate as I have culled them from many sources but I will update it when I get on the ship next Sunday with current prices. The wife side is not as adventurous as my side but can be easily mirrored or modified.

I was looking at your spreadsheet and noticed you listed Boddington's. Do you know if they have it on all ships? Going on the Fascination in Sept and DH loves them.
