Uber alaska airport

I need to go to Alyeska Resort, its gonna cost me 125.00 for three people - is there a Uber company/people to take me to Alyeska or is it safe? - I've never used Uber before

Sorry but there's no UBER in Anchorage. The assembly has been talking about it but nothing has happened.

It's 40 miles to Alyeska which is why the fare is high.

That's a very fair price and as good as it's going to get. You're only talking $42+ tip per person.

And, even if our Assembly passes it, our State Legislature has to pass something too, as their is a State Labor law that doesn't allow them.

I was really sad early in my research that there is no Uber in Alaska. I have never actually called for a taxi; don't even have a guess on how long it could take to get one dispatched.

Here in Anchorage, I usually have to wait no more than 15 minutes. You can also, pre book a cab. You just call them, and, tell them when you want them!
