Booking Excursions in Belize through alternate site?

We would like to do an excursion in Belize, however, everything offered through our cruise line (Carnival) has an age limit for kids that our son doesn't meet. I was considering booking an excursion through and alternate site but don't know how safe this is. Does anyone have experience with this? Below is the website we are considering going through. Shore excursioner is a middle man bundler and does have a good reputation with handling cruiser excursions. Just make sure that any site you use to send information has https: not just http: and use a trusted cc or paypal to place a deposit. Latter is for your comfort and safety
