Has anyone else seen Princess' new site? They fixed it up for the new "escape comepletely" tagline.

 

I like the new downloads! Screensavers and avatars - even one's for Cruise Critic. Looks like they do pay attention to us.

I noticed that, too! I think that they did it around lunch time today, because it was not like that this morning. Yes, I was on the personalizer twice today looking for upgrades. I downloaded one of the new wallpapers!

I am "hosting" mine some personal web space. Look in your Profile. It allows you to enter in a URL to your avatar.

 

You'll need a place to host it, though. Maybe if you have some Yahoo space, or some other free online storage.

 

If you have a .Mac account like I do from Apple, you can just put the file on your iDisk.

I wish they would concentrate on getting the 2005 Sapphire rates out and leave the website alone til they're done !!! The wait is killing me!!

So glad they updated!! The old one was soooo slow even with High Speed!! Easy to navigate too. The above poster said they were waiting for 2005. I'm waiting to find out what ships are sailing the 10 day Carribean in 2006! Princess is always last to post thier sailing dates. Just glad they updated the site. Desperately needed it.

Free image hosting is available at http://www.picgoo.com. All you need to do is download the image to your computer, scroll to the bottom of the Picgoo homepage and click the "Browse" button under the Start your image hosting here! banner. A new window will open.

 

Next, choose the file on your computer that you want picgoo to host (i.e. you avatar) and click the "Open" button on the new window. Then click the "Upload File" button and Voila! You get your web address.

 

Copy that and go back to the CC boards. Click on My Space>Profile. Scroll down to Avatar / Picture URL: and click "Edit your avatar (cool little picture under user name)."

 

From there, click "Custom Avatar" and paste the image address into the little white box next to "Use Custom URL:"! Click "Preview" then "Select this one".

 

ALL DONE
