OBC combine C and A discounts

Most of the sales that come up through RCL, OBC offer can not be combined with combine crown and anchor discounts. Most of the time the C and A discount is a better deal. Does anyone know of any sales that RCL has done that C and A discounts can be combined with OBC offers? Thanks!

Depends what you mean by "sale".

 

If the sale is something like 30% off two guests or 60% off the second guest, then the C&A balcony discount can be combined.

 

However, if the "sale" also includes some typical ways RC can show a lower price but exclude C&A members, then the balcony discount cannot be combined. Examples of these techniques would be an additional "instant discount", or some promo OBC.
