Muster drill when late departure from port.

We are doing our first fly cruise soon. We are sailing from Malta; from what I have found out the ship should be departing around 8pm. As we do not board the ship until roughly 4 - 4:30 and some passengers flights do not arrive until 6pm, what time do they do muster drill? We were trying to work this out as we have fixed time dining of 6:30 and have visions of us sitting at our table with our life jackets in hand ready to drop our cutlery at the sound of the alarm!

What Princess ship/cruise sails from Malta?

Are you sailing P&O?

The drill is usually 45 minutes to an hour before sailing

Dinner service will be suspended well before the drill.

Nobody should be in the DR when the alarms are sounded.

It is normally cleared well before.
