Airportlimbo Posted June 11, 2017 #1 Share Posted June 11, 2017 I'm in our cruise planner and they are offering a specific entry for Valentine's dinner in Murano. But the price is quite a bit higher than normal. Has anyone done Valentine's dinner in Murano? Was there a special menu? Is it worth double over a normal night? $135 pp compared to $68 pp (CAD) Thanks!

Airportlimbo Posted June 11, 2017 Author #4 Share Posted June 11, 2017 It looks like it may? We have the premium package, so that's not a big draw for us. We also don't eat Chateaubriand, so I guess we'll be eating in the MDR. Special for Valentine's Day: Treat your bestie to our prix-fixe dinner in Murano, the French restaurant with impeccable service and a world-class wine list. Each course—from the lobster bisque to the Chateaubriand for Two to the white chocolate mousse—is paired with the perfect wine or Champagne. I suspect this is the regular tasting menu with the wine pairings. Too much wine for me. However, I suspect you can still choose to eat there at the usual price from their regular menu if you opt to eat there on Valentine's day. You should inquire.
