The limit is only on alcoholic drinks per 24 hour period, from 6am-6am.

Any bar that serves drinks for the most part. Alchemy probably being the exception.

Not sure what this means? Does it mean that Cheers isn't accepted at Alchemy?

I am not sure what they are meaning as well.

 

You can use Cheers at Alchemy, it is good for any drink under $50. Most Alchemy ones are about $10

Nope ... they asked if those counted toward their limit.

And you can get water at Alchemy... usually comes with fruit mint, etc in it. Really good.
