Question About Pools and Hot Tubs?

Awhile back Carnival announced they were opening the previously "adult" pools and hot tubs, to kids. This upset a lot of people.

I haven't heard, but has Carnival heeded the complaints and returned the adults only areas?

My understanding is that they will be family friendly in the summer and on school holidays, and adults-only the rest of the year.

Legend has a hot tub on the Serenity Deck. It remained Adults Only in May. The children dominated the other hot tubs as only the inside pool was tolerable most of the week for swimming. The Legend also has a 16+ hot tub in the gym.
