12 eastern mediterranean cruise on celebrity constellation

Has anyone done this trip? I read that there were not positives about the ship- I think mostly that it was "tired". The ports are Rome, Malta, Jerusalem,Haifa,Crete,Mykonos and Athens. Opinions about the ports would be appreciated. We are booking Oct 2017 if we get a positive feel. Thanks

The Med is more about the ports than the ship. You'll spend most days -- LONG days -- ashore exploring.

 

The itinerary looks great to me, but it's really up to you to research and decide whether they are of interest to you. There are a ton of different itineraries for Med cruises -- what about this one appeals to you in particular?

 

Be aware that cruises docking at Haifa and Ashdod (ships do not 'dock' at Jerusalem, which is not on the water) are sometimes changed at the last minute if there is something that kicks up the security concerns in the area.
