Gift Card Payment Help needed.

So I received my gift cards from AARP. Sat down to apply them and it looked like the took, but the balance did not change. Where can I confirmed they were paid. With anything else I would have a receipt or screen shot of payment and balance and now nothing? or is there a delay?;)

I had to log out and log back in to see the updated amount in my cruise manager. Double check your gift card balance to make sure it actually did work.

 

I had issues getting the site to cooperate a week or 2 ago and had to do it on my phone. If that didn't work I was just going to call my PVP and have him do it.

OP: Log into your Carnival account, go to manage my booking. Select Cruise details on the right hand side which will open another window. You should have 4 tabs there, My Itinerary, my guests, my activity and my billing. It should show your payment with gift cards under the billing tab.

It is showing now. It was user error. Thanks for your help though. So if I had completed it correctly the first time around it would of been easy peasey.
