Pier 91 luggage pre-cruise

Can we drop off luggage in the morning before our cruise & then do a little sight seeing? How early?

You can leave luggage with the concierge at 7:30 AM; they close at 3:30 PM. https://www.portseattle.org/Cruise/Services/Pages/default.aspx

 

Note Pier 91 is a long way from tourist destinations, so unless you have a car you're going to be looking at a couple of $10 - $20 cab rides to get to/from/to the cruise terminal.
