Deluxe balcony cabins, diso 2

we are considering upgrading from a deluxe cabin to a deluxe balcony cabin. Does anyone know how big these are please. The brochure doesn't tell you this

We were on Legend of the Seas on it's final cruise before it became Discovery 2 and we had a deluxe balcony cabin. The balcony was a reasonable size. It had two chairs and a table and we spent quite a lot of time out there. It certainly compared well with previous balcony cabins we have had with the exception of P&O Britannia which has the smallest balconies we have ever seen!!

 

We liked Legend so much that we are booked on Discovery 2 next April and yes, we are in a deluxe balcony cabin.

We have just spent two wonderful weeks staying in a deluxe balcony cabin and thoroughly enjoyed the freedom of relaxing outside in the privacy of our own "home" instead of sharing our space with hundreds of other people.

The balconies are especially spacious on the aft row of the ship..... but it is a long walk to everywhere else and might be a little noisier as this is the end where the engines are. We did notice a little additional vibration when the ship was mooring each morning but nothing too drastic.

 

We were in aft cabin 7634. Here are some photos of the cabin and the balcony.
