Late night arrival time in Fairbanks

We have a late flight into Fairbanks arriving well after midnight. We will be staying at Princess Lodge when we arrive with transfers to Lodge. My question is....will there be anywhere to get something to eat after a long flight? I try calling Princess to ask but I'm on hold for ever and never get to talk to a live human being. Anyone have any suggestions?

I don't remember anywhere to eat at the lodge when we arrived at a similar time. I packed us plenty of snacks--granola bars, packages of trail mix, etc.

That's what I figured but I was hoping there would be some options. Not looking forward to long flight.

There is no place to walk to from the lodge to eat at that hour. Moreover, the food service at the Princess Lodge in Fairbanks was not a positive experience when it was open. And you may find all food service at the airport is closed at that hour. Bring snacks.
