Coordinating disembarkation with private transfer to airport

We are on the Freedom out of Galveston July 29 - Aug 5. There are six of us (all adults). I am trying to coordinate disembarkation with being picked up by a shuttle service, non-shared. Our flight out of Houston is not until 3:00pm.

My confusion is in trying to come up with a good time for the shuttle service to be there.

If we chose to carry our own luggage off can we disembark the ship anytime during the disembarkation process?

I thought 11:00am would be a good time if we use the normal disembarkation where Carnival takes our bags the night before. I would think we would have a good shot at getting off by then.

 

Any suggestions?

You will need to be OUT of your cabin by 8am...and off the ship by 10 am, in most instances. They want the ship cleared as early as possible. You will likely have lot of time "to kill" on departure day.

You can not disembark at 11:00. The most you can do is to take your time on breakfast without rushing for a 10:00 shuttle pick-up.

Don ,your talking disembarkation nightmare :D. Make sure you visit guest services and explain your situation and request the proper debarkation luggage tags . Good luck !
