drdaddy Posted July 29, 2017 #1 Share Posted July 29, 2017 We will be in Bermuda Nov. 8/9. I thought I read that the ferry does not run fro\m from the cruise terminal to Hamilton after October. Is this true? Because I also read that the bus trip to Hamilton takes A LOT longer than the ferry does. Thanks
SailBadtheSinner Posted July 29, 2017 #2 Share Posted July 29, 2017 (edited) In past years. the Dockyard to Hamilton ferry changed from the summer ferry schedule to the winter schedule, but the only change is a reduction in frequency. It departs from the Dockyard once per hour on the :30 (base on a previous year's winter schedule). The Dockyard to St George's ferry does not run when the summer ferry schedule ends. Travel time is: by ferry, 20 minutes, by bus, about 60 minutes. SBtS Edited July 29, 2017 by SailBadtheSinner speling
drdaddy Posted July 30, 2017 Author #3 Share Posted July 30, 2017 Thanks! That makes a lot more sense. 20 mins v 60 min? Not much of a decision
