According to Viking we will be docking at Cai Mep International Terminal located in Vung Tau.

 

Anyone been assigned this port? I am wondering if it is still at Phu My just using different name?

 

We were in Saigon last fall and had a wonderful tour for 2 days. We would like to find something else to do in the area, another town ? the ship offers an excursion to an Artist Village on the Saigon river but I have been unable to locate any information about it.

 

Any suggestions, please.

I believe that it is part of the Vung Tau Port complex. So you will still have the 90 min or so car ride to HCMC if the city is your destination.
