No Nursing Home For Me!

...On Carnival I even participated once. Let's put aside the pros and cons

on the quality of art, etc..

 

My main complaint is that RCI continues to ruin the beauty and ambiance

of their centrums by insisting on holding these loud, raucus affairs right there.

The logic is obvious, "captive audience", but I find it very annoying.

 

Even Carnival holds them in one of their many large lounges, but not in

their atriums.

 

These auctions must be huge cashcows for the cruise companies. I know

they are not going away, nor do I even want them too. I just wish on Royal Caribbean I did not have to trip over them in the Centrum.

 

What are YOUR thoughts on this and the Auctions (which are not true auctions, but that's another matter)???
