Celebrity Cruise - Rome to Fort Lauderdale

I'm very frustrated that I cannot see information for this cruise in my iPad. Every time I call I am told they are having trouble with their computer system. In the meantime I would like to see details of my trip and select some excursions. Any suggestions?

Are you referring to the 10/20/18 Reflection TA?? I did on-line check in yesterday with my Ipad mini and just now logged into that reservation but cant get to excursions either.

 

I avoid trying to do anything with our reservations on the week-end as that seems to be when X does updates and fixes to the website so there is usually somethings that just don't function.

We are also traveling on October TA. I just tried to log on to "Manage my Reservation"...no luck...error message. Best suggestion? Try back on Monday :(

We also are on the Silly in Nov. as well. Cannot check in on Celebrity yet. They claimed in the next 5 days. Have you accessed the CC's Celebrity Connections blog for this Cruise. Much helpful info. Go to Celebrity "connections" Find the Silhouette then Nov 4 sail. Frustration in the Celebrity website is an ongoing peeve. It will all work out soon, Hopefully. Good luck See you on board.

It looks like it is open now for check in etc. Try it.I was able to enter the area for set up.
