Restaurant and Dining reservations on Viking Ocean

On the day that one becomes "eligible" (depending on cabin level) for reservations for either dining or excursions what time of day and time zone do they open? (hate to walk up at 3am if not necessary:):) )

Reservations open for everybody at midnight Pacific time. That is 3am on the East Coast and 8am in London, etc.

Not to worry. Just head up to the buffet deck (7, port side) on boarding and make reservations then. You should have the pick of the house.

We were able to add additional reservations on our cabin TV - quick and easy. Their system making updates immediately. Ones we forgot we had reservations and made plans in town. That morning I checked Manfredi and there were no places for 6 pm dinner. When I cancelled ours-you need to call the number on the screen, I decided to check again and here it was table for 2 at 6 pm.
