Bahamas Excursion Question

We will be stopping in Freeport, Nassau, and Half Moon Cay on our cruise and were wondering if anyone knew if we would be able to rent a boat for tubing or jet skis for our own cruising, not the site seeing jet ski adventure.

In Nassau, just outside the port there is a stand with Jet Ski rentals. You can haggle down the price. They taxi you to the beach where the jet skis are. We had a blast. You can ride as fast as you want and go as far out as you want. Plenty of taxis to bring you back. Loved it.

Although my family has not utilized the services, I have seen numerous jet ski excursions offered in Nassau's terminal area. I'm not certain about Freeport.

In Freeport we went to Junkanoo Beach and they had Jetski's, Kayak's, Paddle Board etc for almost nothing. My friends and I paid 5 dollars for 3 of us to Kayak. Same with the Nassau they had Jetski's at Junkanoo beach. Half Moon Cay is owned by Carnival so there are no other options to Jetski other than through the excursions.
