Club Royale people know there have been a lot of changes in the past year.

Guess they are listening to the grumbles of some people.

I just finished a lengthy survey from Club Royale . It was mostly about the perks but did include things like the smoking policy.

This tells me there will probably be some tweaking of the current club benefits.

As it is now, from reading these blogs, I think people are to hung up on the points.

Seems they really do not stick to them & you do a bit better just by calling & asking for a price on a particular cruise.

Just my guess, The Double Double program that corp is on has been mapped pretty well to the discretionary spending on the boats, as in dining, shopping, excursions. etc... They haven't figured out the right mix for the Casino player yet and it doesn't seem to be a priority either.
