NMLady Posted August 9, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 9, 2017 We will be taking a towncar service for transfer from hotel to Port 66. I'm concerned about the walking for my husband who has difficulty walking. Uses a cane to help him. Someone said the dropoff is at Bell Street and Elliott Ave and from there we have to walk across a skybridge. True? If so, how far is the walk? Even though our luggage is spinner type, easily pushed, my husband can't really help much with it. For 18 day cruise we have two suitcases (plus he wears backpack carryon) and I'm also carrying his CPAP and wearing my crossbody purse. Can we get any closer to where porters accept the luggage? triptolemus Posted August 10, 2017 #4 Share Posted August 10, 2017 As stated above, it's very close. You can see the drop-off area in the foreground, and the sign in the background that says "baggage drop off". I recall that parking lot being empty on cruise days. The porters occupy that space and are literally right there.

IIRC I think they use the lot for buses to drop off (and I would guess pick up after disembarkation) and other than that it's empty like you said. Very easy to maneuver. We were dropped off by a taxi curbside and it was an easy walk to the bag drop.
