Lisbon- ship to Airport

I am on the Azamara Journey which docks in Lisbon the day before we need to disembark. I have a 10:25 AM flight back to the States. Does anyone know how difficult it is to get a cab about 7AM on disembarking day? The ship wants a lot of money for transfers (around $30 per person.). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am told I need to be in the airport 3 hours before flight time.
