amawaterways dress for dinners?

We've done a Uniworld cruise so we have an idea of how people dress for dinner there, but how about Amawaterways? How do people dress for dinner? We are taking a tulip tour next spring and it will be cool if not cold, I'm wondering what is the usual day wear is as well.

When are you sailing. We were in Amsterdam in May and the tulips were in full bloom. While visiting the ports, we had sweater or a light jacket. We also experienced some intermittent light showers.
