Can anyone who has been to Nassau, Grand Turk, Half Moon Cay, and Amber Cove recommend shore excursions for a person in a wheelchair? My wife can get up and walk short distances, or to get on and off a bus. Thanks for any help.

HMC is a beach day.

Nassau you can stay on the ship and enjoy the emptiness of it and enjoy things that would otherwise be pretty busy. (Others may disagree, personally I am not a fan of Nassau/Freeport and we won't book cruises going there)

Grand Turk, you can get a golf cart and just ride around the island and enjoy your day on your own. OR you can just stay at the beach area.

HMC is definitely a Beach Day.

We decided to just get off and explorer Amber Cove. Glad we did. Went to the Skybar and hung out at the free pool all day. We were the only ship in port that day so pool area was basically empty with a lot of guests off doing excursions.

Nassau we just stays on the ship. Not a favorite port for us.

Grand Turks we just walk around, shopped and went to Margaritaville.

If you book something in Amber Cove, book through the cruise line. Private tours have to meet outside the gate and that is a 10 min walk up a small hill. I would select and island tour here because it is a pretty island - very lush.
