please help me. I have sent some emails about payments, I get some answers and then they give me a new email adres

i got to make an final payment for december 23 on the journey, asked them for a copy, never got one

the cruise before, december 9 I paid to much but no reaction

what can I do?

going on holiday Monday, but want to have it settled all before that

I apologize for the problems you're experiencing. What is the email address you originally used? And the new email address you were given?
