Kramer995 Posted August 28, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 28, 2017 Hello! Which beach would offer the nicest beach between Ibiza and Palma? My husband was interested in a Mediterranean beach day (pretty sand swim beach), but I wasn't sure which island had the better beaches. More importantly, we are going late September - is the water too cold? Also, for non-beach days, could we DIY or find a guide? I've researched guides, but wasn't sure if I needed one. For me, I would rather tour the island and save beach days for Mexico and the Caribbean. ;p Thank you for your help! I really appreciate it. Lawhouse Posted August 28, 2017 #2 Share Posted August 28, 2017 Both islands have stunning beaches just get a taxi. The water will be fine at that time of year it has had all summer to heat up like a warm bath Sent from my iPad using Forums
LondonTowner Posted August 28, 2017 #3 Share Posted August 28, 2017 I'd choose Mallorca for sightseeing and Ibiza for beaches. Palma is a lovely town with lots to see and do, or you could take the train to Soller, which is worthwhile. However, the old part of Ibiza Town, D'Alt Vila is also worth seeing. Kramer995 Posted September 2, 2017 Author #4 Share Posted September 2, 2017 Thanks for the replys. Perhaps we will hang out on a beach in Ibiza (with a short stop to look at the old town) and do an island tour in Palma. :-)
