help with formal nights/itinerary please

Argh... too bad you aren't within easy driving distance or I'd invite myself over for one of those steaks. I'd bring some wine of course. And I also have the Applewood Smoked Salt the CG uses and I love it now that I have my own supply.

 

 

 

The Applewood Smoked Salt is yummy. I've been picking up a few higher end salts and oils at the local farmers market and they do make a difference. In fairness to my prior bragging, it's pretty hard to screw up a ribeye, though it can be done:). DH does a happy dance when he sees the brown butcher paper wrap come in the house! [emoji39]

Just finished a 6 day coastal on Ruby with similar itinerary. Only had 1formal night and it was on our first sea day. That was also the Captains reception

Almost certain that the formal nights will be Sunday & Wednesday, the two sea days

 

I agree 90% of the time it’s on sea days.
