Argh... too bad you aren't within easy driving distance or I'd invite myself over for one of those steaks. I'd bring some wine of course. And I also have the Applewood Smoked Salt the CG uses and I love it now that I have my own supply.

 

 

 

The Applewood Smoked Salt is yummy. I've been picking up a few higher end salts and oils at the local farmers market and they do make a difference. In fairness to my prior bragging, it's pretty hard to screw up a ribeye, though it can be done:). DH does a happy dance when he sees the brown butcher paper wrap come in the house! [emoji39]
