Paperwork question for minor (not family) traveling with our party

What will we need to bring for a minor (17) who is traveling with our party? She'll be in my daughter and her boyfriend's cabin and is coming as our travel nanny for their baby.

 

I'm assuming a letter from her mom giving us permission for medical treatment should it be necessary. But I can't find anything on NCL's site as far as their requirements.
