jennybeek Posted September 20, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 20, 2017 Cruising on Carnival Magic. Which would you prefer ? Connecting Cove Balcony Rooms or Cove Balcony rooms side by side where the divider could come out?
bury me at sea Posted September 20, 2017 #2 Share Posted September 20, 2017 I have no experience with connecting cabins. I love the cove balconies but would book them only forward of the mid-ship elevators.
jennybeek Posted September 20, 2017 Author #3 Share Posted September 20, 2017 We have the side by side booked now in a good area. I studied the deck plans. :)
estillcrew Posted September 20, 2017 #4 Share Posted September 20, 2017 We had connecting balconies on the spa deck of the Magic last year. It was so wonderful! Our balcony was huge since we were able to open up the divider, and it was very easy to go from our room into our daughters' room. We felt like we had much more privacy than with connecting rooms. I don't think it would be as nice on the cove balconies because the view would be partially blocked since the balconies could not be completely open to the water.
