pliskin Posted September 24, 2017 #101 Share Posted September 24, 2017 It's not implicitly stated and I know dozens of people who use them on every cruise and have brought them on in both checked baggage and carry on. So Maybe it's the enforcement that's vague. Sent from my SM-G955U using Forums mobile app

And whether or not shore based security (not NCL employees) miss a steamer is irrelevant to whether it is prohibited or not.
pliskin Posted September 24, 2017 #103 Share Posted September 24, 2017 That's about the dumbest comment I've seen in CC in a decade. You'd probably argue with a brick wall. Sent from my SM-G955U using Forums mobile app

Dennis#1 Posted September 24, 2017 #105 Share Posted September 24, 2017 I don't know a single cruiser that sends thier clothes to be pressed....... Sent from my SM-G955U using Forums mobile app You know of one now. We send our suit, dress shirts and other formal cloths out on the first night of each cruise. Want to have them pressed before the first formal night. Lots of other cruisers we know do the same thing.
pliskin Posted September 24, 2017 #106 Share Posted September 24, 2017 Yea, wasn't saying no one did only that it wasn't a significant revenue stream. I think it was OP that thought they don't allow irons because of the money they made on pressing people's clothes.
