Quick ncl specialty dining ?

We chose the 4 free specialty dining incentive when booking. It only covers 2 of us not our 2 kids ages 9 and 13. Can they order off kids menu or is it discounted if they order off say Cagneys menu? Can the 13 year old who has a hartier appetite order a appetizer from menu and then kids meal. I know we would have to pay for appetizer just wondering if it's an option?

Yes that would be possible. We did it on the Getaway and we did not have to pay anything for the appetizer for our son. I guess the might charge you, But did not when we did it...

Their is no discount for kids in the specialty restaurants for ordering off the regular menu. Also, the age for the kid's menu according to the NCL web site is 12 and under although I have no clue about how strict they are on that.

Another option if possible is to order more appetizer and desserts to share.
